Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 May 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Plemo, an AI service that implements and operates Odoo for businesses. By creating an account or using Plemo you agree to these Terms.
1. Who you are contracting with
Plemo is a product of Plementus. The party you contract with depends on your country: if you are in the Arab Republic of Egypt, your agreement is with the Plementus Egypt entity; if you are anywhere else in the world, your agreement is with the Plementus entity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Registered address: [Plementus Egypt registered address, to be confirmed] / [Plementus KSA registered address, to be confirmed].
Questions about these Terms: info@plementus.com.
2. The service
Plemo lets you request changes to your Odoo system in plain language. An AI plans, builds, tests in a sandbox, and (with your approval) deploys those changes. Plemo also hosts and operates your Odoo instance on the hosted plans.
The scope of what Plemo will implement depends on your plan. Some capabilities, including third-party integrations and multi-company / multi-entity setups, are available only on the Enterprise plan. Plemo may decline a request that is outside your plan, technically unsafe, or unlawful.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for activity under your account, and for the data you put into your Odoo instance.
You must not use Plemo to break the law, infringe others rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service or other customers.
4. Plans, fees and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle through our payment processor. AI usage is metered in credits as described at sign-up and in your dashboard.
All fees are non-refundable. Please see the Refund Policy.
We may change plan pricing or features on a forward-looking basis; changes do not affect a billing period already paid.
5. Your data and customizations
As between you and Plementus, your business data and the configuration of your Odoo instance remain yours. You grant Plementus the permissions needed to operate the service and carry out the changes you request.
Backups, sandboxes and deployment are provided to help safe delivery, but you remain responsible for reviewing changes before approving a deployment to your live system.
6. Service availability
We work to keep Plemo available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, third-party outages and factors outside our control may affect availability.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Plemo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plementus disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profit. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
You are responsible for keeping your own copies of critical data and for validating changes in the sandbox before deployment.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Plemo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the service or other customers.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified through the service or by email; continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
For customers in Egypt these Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and disputes are subject to the competent Egyptian courts. For all other customers these Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and disputes are subject to the competent courts of the KSA.
