Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all payments made for Plemo.
1. All sales are final
All sales are final. All fees, including subscription fees (monthly and annual), AI credits and any add-ons, are non-refundable, and unused amounts are not refunded or exchanged for cash.
This applies whether or not the service or included credits are fully used during the billing period.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation stops the next charge; it does not refund the current or any prior billing period, and access continues until the end of the period already paid.
3. Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error (for example a duplicate charge), contact info@plementus.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review it. This does not change the non-refundable nature of fees for the service itself.
4. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the mandatory consumer law that applies to you. To the extent the law allows fees to be non-refundable, they are.
